Artisan Bistro Is Now Cooking With Blue Egg Organic Produce
We are pleased to be supplying Artisan Bistro in Lafayette with our vegetables. Caroline’s Sungold tomatoes are being used as the foundation for Artisan’s Heirloom Tomato Soup. And, for the first time, our farm has a salad named for it: Organic Blue Egg Farm Heirloom Tomato Salad. We have enjoyed eating at Artisan for several years and are proud to be one of their purveyors now. | kts
