Nasturtium flowers and leaves are edible and a beautiful addition to salads.

These Purple Dahlia Zinnias are vibrant three inch flowers that bloom all summer. Although the entire Zinnia is edible, only use the petals which are themselves somewhat bitter. They are probably best as a garnish or mixed in a salad that is dressed.
