Organic Pink Beauty Radishes

Some call the Pink Beauties pastel pink, but they look almost neon pink to us. These round radishes are tender and crisp and look pretty thinly-sliced in salads. David Tanis has a terrific recipe – Radishes à la Créme – in his book One Good Dish: The Pleasures of a Simple Meal. It features radishes, salt, pepper and créme fraîche, and we think opting for the fruity olive oil is a necessary “embellishment.”
