Organic Garlic Chive Seedling

Allium tuberosum

If garlic cloves are a bit too strong for you, garlic chives are a good alternative. Both the leaves and the white star flowers are edible. Garlic chive leaves are broader than those of chives.

Give seedlings six inches of space, and six inches between rows. Grow Garlic Chives in bunches and in beds with four hours of sun. This perennial will yield delicious leaves for a long time if it is sheared regularly and blossoms are continuously removed.
